Holidays Apartments in Piedmont
Cascina Mariale’s four apartments are inspired by the family’s desire to offer a welcoming stay, in high-quality rooms that create a pleasant, almost homely atmosphere.
With two on the ground floor and two on the floor above, they are all beautifully furnished and decorated, maintaining the original structure and features where possible.
Each apartment consists of:
- a double bedroom
- a living room with kitchenette
- a bathroom with shower
About the apartments
Children under the age of 3: free accommodation in existing beds; € 5.00 per extra cot.
Children aged 3 and over, and adults: € 15.00 per night in an extra single bed..
Times check-in: from 15.30 to 19.30 (different check-in times can be arranged in advance by e-mail or telephone); check-out by 10.30 on the day of departure. It is possible to request the possibility to check out later, with payment of surcharge
Payment: a deposit of 30% of the total stay, to be made by bank transfer, is required at the time of booking for stays of three or more days. The balance must be paid upon check out. If an invoice is requested, please provide your tax information at the time of booking.
Breakfast: everything you need is provided in the apartments. Coffee, milk, tea, herbal tea, muesli, honey, jam, fresh fruit, bread, cured meats and cheeses. Please let us know if you suffer from any allergies or food intolerances.
Living room/ kitchen appliances: TV, small fridge, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cloths for cleaning.
Bathroom accessories: towels, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries.
Linen: a weekly change of sheets and a twice-weekly change of towels are provided free of charge.
Accessories for children: cots and high chairs (please inform us of requirements when placing your booking).
Internet: free Wi-Fi.
Parcking: free private parking space available on the property.
Services by request: laundry, booking of tours of neighbouring towns, castles and lakes.
Animals: not allowed.
Disabled guests: the apartments are not equipped to accommodate people with physical disabilities.
