The aim of this idea is to make the aperitif both a convivial, tasty and relaxing moment, and an opportunity to discover the food and wine peculiarities of the Canavese area.
- Through guided “gourmet tastings” of the local Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin) and DOC (Controlled Designation of Origin), you will discover the numerous wine and food specialties of the Canavese area. The activity also includes visits to cellars and short day trips.
A complete path to better and fully enjoy the taste / olfactory sensory experiences, to directly know the producers of the denominations presented and to understand the dynamics of the entire production chain.
The aim of the Didactic Aperitif is to create culture through the solicitation of the senses, by offering the territory’s food and wine excellences for tasting.
